Is there a free trial?

Yes. The onboarding demo lets you upload your CV, browse real companies, and preview AI-generated emails for free before you pick a plan. No credit card required.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel in 1 click from your account. Your subscription runs until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. There is no commitment and no cancellation fee.

Do you offer a student discount?

Whali is already priced for students starting at £25/month. We partner with university societies to offer additional discounts to their members. If your society is interested, see the partnerships page.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Credits reset weekly on every plan. If you run out of weekly credits before the reset, you can upgrade to a higher plan and the upgrade takes effect immediately, or wait for the next weekly reset.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep the higher limits until then.

Do you offer team plans?

Yes. Enterprise is per seat at £499/month and includes custom lead limits, dedicated account manager, custom integrations, SSO, priority support, and team analytics. Use the Contact Sales button to discuss.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is what you pay. All plans include unlimited company searches, automatic follow-ups, LinkedIn enrichment, and email tracking. There are no per-email charges or overage fees.

How do refunds work?

If something goes wrong, contact support within 14 days of payment and we will refund the most recent charge. Refund requests outside that window are reviewed case by case.
